We first met with Matt a year before we ended up buying and he was so helpful even though we weren't ready to pull the trigger just then. When we were ready, Matt and the whole team were a pleasure to work with. And most importantly, they were so quick and thorough. We had a very short closing timeline and they got us through the whole mortgage process quickly and with no issues at all. The best refinance experience I’ve had. Ethical, professional, courteous, and first-rate. It all worked out perfectly despite my apprehensiveness (should I spend to get a lower rate?). My initial talk with Sean was more strategic, discussing how the refinance would fit in with my long-term financial goals. Wow. Just wow. The team at community mortgage is second to none. Sean and Aryn specifically went above and beyond! My loan was straight forward, but my income was confusing to underwriters, I work for myself, I have a couple rentals, my income was scattered and hard to pinpoint. They took the time and effort to ensure I was in good hands, and I was. I was denied loans from 4 other mortgage brokers because my income was “too confusing”. Spoke with several staff members as well as a few meetings with Sean during my refi. All were so friendly and professional. Also they actually apologized when contacting me on my vacation about deadlines. This was so different from my previous refi experiences when demands were made on me to sign something within 30 minutes or else...! Another unusual bonus: when I asked Sean a question, he gave me his opinion and what he would do in my situation. Not just wishy-washy disclaimers about how no one can predict The Fed, etc. The entire process was painless and I have never been able to say that before.

My recent refinance was the most difficult financing I’ve ever been through due to the overwhelming number of applications and fewer people available to work on them. Moreover, lenders are making those applicants jump through many more hoops; you may need to be a stronger borrower than ever.That said, the Community Mortgage team earned every penny of their fee. They kept me informed and did whatever it took to get my loan funded.My payment decreased by $576 per month after funding. But even after funding, I let their team know that the new lender told me that a payment was due sooner than their documents indicated and Community Mortgage went back to work to help fix that lender’s mistake and get a refund for the overpayment.I’m not just a satisfied client, I’m grateful.

This is my second time I use Community Mortgage for refinancing my condo. I went to two lenders to help me refinance and it took forever to get response and with higher interest rate. Jamie called just to say how i am doing. Thanks for his call and I told him whats going on. He asked for some information to start. The following day I went to see him and gave the necessary information. I got the response in couple of days and find the lender with the best lowest VA funding. Arin is updating the loan status every week and I do not do anything, just wait for loan status. The process went so smoothly until financed. I paid $0.00, all closing cost and fees were included. Kudos to the Community Mortgage Team for their excellent communication and job well done.

Sean, Aryn and Jamie worked fastidiously to ensure a smooth, timely, low interest, personable & pleasant mortgage loan acquisition experience. Each of them were readily available throughout the process with all forms of communication making what might often be a highly stressful transaction into one that made us feel comfortable, confident and low stress.

Sean and Aryn handled what other highly respected "mortgage" firms could not ! There were a lot of moving parts to my refinance and it was handled with what appeared to be relative ease.I was able to retain my home because of there determination to help me.Over and above the call of duty. The staff is top notch and they go far out of their way to ensure success.BRAVO!!!
