Gina Gladstone has been a leader in mortgage and real estate industry for over 14 years. Her knowledge and expertise is just part of what makes her a cut above. While Matt came to the mortgage industry by an indirect route, he really enjoys demystifying the home mortgage process for his clients. Joining Community Mortgage was a great fit for Matt because of the company focus on helping people better understand their options in home finance. He holds a bachelor’s degree from UCSD, a master’s from the University of San Francisco, and is a licensed mortgage loan originator. In his personal life, Matt enjoys spending time with his son, Mason, watching soccer, snowboarding, music, history, exploring the world, and has recently started learning to play golf.

Mhika sees to it that clients always have a great experience by delivering excellent customer service and assistance, while providing all around support to both the Sales Team and Operations.

She graduated Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication at the University of the Philippines and has 6 years of experience in public service as an Immigration Officer in the Philippines prior to joining Community Mortgage.

In her personal life, she enjoys traveling with her husband, filming and editing her life vlogs, and cooking.

Jonathan Maki drove tanks in the United States Army. Then, shortly after receiving an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2008, he started helping other small business owners understand their own finances and navigate the complicated US tax system. He is passionate about helping small business owners to purchase a home and build wealth through real estate. He helps his self-employed clients get qualified for home loans.

He is a dedicated husband and father of two young girls and loves surfing with his wife in his free time.
