Home Concierge
As a homeowner, one constant thing that is difficult is the hassle of home maintenance and repairs. For example, when was the last time you changed your air filter? What size do you even need to order? When should you get your rain gutters cleaned? When was the last time you had your air conditioner or heater services to prevent them from breaking down? If you’re like most people, you simply can’t answer those questions. You may not have even known you needed those things in the first palace. As our client, you’ll have your own personal home concierge. Your concierge will come to your home and do a comprehensive 300-point data inspection of your property. During the inspection, they will:
- Take pictures & measure all of your rooms
- Take note of the model number of your appliances
- Check the air filters
- Make a model of your HVAC system
- & more
Once they have all of this information, it will be stored in your online file along with information on certain details such as:
- Paint colors
- Carpet/flooring type
- Contractor and vendor contact information
- Receipts
- Warranties
- And all the data on your home
It’s almost like a Carfax for your house. After that, your concierge will send you valuable emails every few weeks on what to do or look for. For example, it could say, “Hey, it’s time to change your air filter. Here’s the type that you need.” Or “spring is coming, do you need help landscaping or gardening?” Our goal is to help you proactively keep and maintain your home on a high level. We want to ensure that you get great services when you need them. Should you ever need new carpet, landscaping, home improvements, or anything, you simply click a button, and a concierge will help you find multiple bids—and even schedule the appointments. You don’t have to know everything about home maintenance and upkeep. But you should have someone helping you with it, and that’s exactly what we’re excited to do!
