Wow. Just wow. The team at community mortgage is second to none. Sean and Aryn specifically went above and beyond! My recent refinance was the most difficult financing I’ve ever been through due to the overwhelming number of applications and fewer people available to work on them. Moreover, lenders are making... those applicants jump through many more hoops; you may need to be a stronger borrower than ever.That said, the Community Mortgage team earned every penny of their fee. They kept me informed and did whatever it took to get my loan funded.My payment decreased by $576 per month after funding.
